Problems with pdf

New Here ,
Mar 24, 2025 Mar 24, 2025

Good afternoon, I have to fill in and sign several documents to submit in a call and when I open it, it tells me that the added information cannot be saved and it does not allow me to sign the documents. It only happens with these 3 documents, the rest if I can fill them in and sign them. I would be grateful if someone could help me (attached screenshot).Captura de pantalla (60).pngexpand image

Hi @maría_9858,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

If you look at the very top message on the file, it is clearly mentioned that the file cannot be saved and must be printed if you want to keep the data.

This appears when the creator of the form does not want any modifications or additional information to be saved to the form.

In such situations, you can fill in the data and print the file to a PDF, which will contain all the information you have filled in.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,
Souvik.

Actually, that message is from the application, not the file's author. It's basically the same as the pop-up that appears.
