Problems with signature

when I sign a document my signature does not display the signature's details:

Hi, can you list the steps you take to sign a document?

Also, did you create a digital certificate, and if so, do you have access to it ?

It could be saved in a central location, like a server.

Hi! I first create the pdf document then set the list of the signers putting myself as the last one. 

I did not create a digital certificate ... at least I am not aware of it. If I had, how could I check this within the application? Is there a way to check it?

Please let us know if you are using the Request Signature or Acrobat Sign to send the document for signature.

Once you receive the document, how do you add a signature to the document? Please share the complete workflow.
