Hi,
We have a product data book in PDF and it has many products. But when we give data book to clients, we prefer to remove unnecessary products and pages, and create a new file only specific to a client for a project. How can I achieve with tags and labels to quickly create that? Lets say I tag references to each page of the book with keywords. When a specific keywords are called for, then all pages related to the keyword to be exported to a book.
Thank you in advance.

You may be able to do that with a custom script. @try67
But honestly, this really sounds like it is the perfect job for InDesign and conditional text, perhaps using InDesign books and multiple InDesign file formats.
In what software program was the document originally laid out? Becasue the PDF had to come from somewhere...

The documents should have been from MS word, excel, and CAD drawings.

Yes, this can be done using a custom-made script. I'm not sure what kind of "tags" you're referring to, exactly, but it can be done using Bookmarks or Comments, for example.
