When I save my portrait orientation file to PDF, it shows up shrunken to fit in the center of a landscape page. Can anyone help? PLEASE!?!?!

Keep in mind that Acrobat has not had MS Publisher to PDF capability via PDFMaker for many, many years.

With Acrobat installed the Adobe PDF virtual printer is available to do a basic "file > print" that provides a PDF (basically  a print to PDF rather than a print to paper).

Typically the PDF creation process used by MS Publisher is the Microsoft process (nothing of Adobe's).

You may want to consider visiting a Microsoft Community for MS Publisher.
