Hallo!

Acrobat Pro DC 2022.002.20212

Danke für Eure Hilfe!

Bert

Hi Bert_AT,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try repairing the installation. In Acrobat, go to Help > Repair Installation.

Try once to reinstall the application and check if that makes any changes.

Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

No, i don't think so. My work colleague has the same Adobe version and the icons are still there.

But apart from that it would probably be more of a downgrade than an update 🙂

Did you notice this change in options after the recent update?

Let us know if you use the Acrobat Pro DC 64-bit or 32-bit version.

Share the OS version on the machine.

Thanks,

Hi Meenakshi,

I tried repairing the installation but that didn't change anything.

However, a complete reinstallation has now corrected the error, all menu items are available again!

Unfortunately, I can't say whether the error occurred immediately after an update. In any case, it is the 32-bit version, my OS is Win10 Pro (21H2, Build 19044.2075).

Many thanks for the help,
best regards Bert
