Hello,
i got this message from my Adobe Acrobat DC saying the following ; An error has been detected with a required application library or file and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application.
Hence, i proceeded to download adobe reader only to find out i can't restore my pruchase of the pro version. Please note that i've been using the 2018 version of Adobe Acrobat Dc Pro, and i didn't sign in unfortunatly into this app, and now i cant benefit from the unlocked features. What am i supposed to do now?
Thank you

Here's my solution....
Check your anti-virus program (SEP, McAffee, AVG, Microsoft) has not deleted or quarantined AMTLIB.DLL
It's an essential component of Acrobat and Adobe products, and I discovered that it had been deleted
I turned off my AV, reinstalled/repaired the Acrobat installation, and added an exception to my AV to ignore the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\amtlib.dll
Guess what, it worked.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are getting the error ''An error has been detected with a required application library''
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community an unable to trace any Acrobat DC paid subscription. Please confirm the application you are using?
Also, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer once and reinstall the application and see if that works for you.
Regards
Amal
