I have yet to see discussion regarding the exact same issues I am experiencing. When I have more than a single document open in Pro, the out of memory message pops up. When it pops up all of the content in my pdf documents are gone except what is currently on the screen at that time. Scrolling up or down in the open and viewed pdf file shows blank pages. Opening the minimized pdf files shows only blank pages. I don't freeze or crash.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 OS build 19044.1826.

I am running an INtel Core i7-9700CPU @ 3.00 GHz  16 GB of installed RAM

Dell Precision 3630 Tower.

I am pretty sure that Acrobat XI is not compatible with any current version of Windows 10: Acrobat XI has been out of support for quite some time, and if you've installed any Windows update after that (October 15, 2017), all bets are off regarding what will work and what not.

The rapid response is much appreciated, Karl! And I must say I was hoping that would not be the answer. But I can stop trying different things to eliminate the message! It's gonna happen!

Thank you, Sir!
