I want to combine files into one pdf-file, but I get the message:  "Quitting - Raise Without Handler!"

Why does that appear?  And what can I do about it?

Sorry I have no idea how to fix it, but it is happening to me too. It is extremely frustrating.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue, what is the workflow/steps you are taking that lead you to this error? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://adobe.ly/4b6i8AR and  Procmon logs (Win Only)  https://adobe.ly/44dA35V  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

If you haven't already found the fix. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat application, reinstall Acrobat and restart desktop/Laptop. It worked for me. Good luck

Hi Souvix,

I have version (2024.003.20112). I tried it and now it just opens Acrobat to the home screen and no files are combined.

It's actually worse now because I can't do it at all now.

I have this problem as well. If I use key commands to zoom in, the application quits with the "Raise without handler..." error.
