1. Go to the Properties of the radio-buttons and under "Options" tick "Buttons with the same name and choice are selected in unison".
2. That's odd. Are you sure the borders are printing? Try copying the fields to a blank page and then test it again.

As Try67 suggested, if you create 3 radio buttons in a group (with different choices) copy/paste all 3 of them and in the properties of one of those radio buttons select "Buttons with the same name and choice are selected in unison" it should work.
It would help if you upload your file here and share it with us so we can actualy see what you did.
For your second problem, BEFORE you set border color to 'No color' set 'Line Style' to 'Solid'.

Nesa, Thanks very much!! One problem solved! I set line style for the borders of the radio buttons to "Solid" and both color and fill to "NONE" and the bporders now disappear. Thaks again! However, the radio buttons still don't work properly.
I'm attaching 2 .PDF files. PDF TEST.PDF has 3 radio buttons (A, B, & C) and one text box and copies of these 5 items. Typing in the "text" box copieds properly to the "copy" of the text box. Selecting A, B, or C of the set of radio buttons DOES NOT copy the selection to the second set of radio buttons. Selecting any one of them peovides a "1 out of 6" selection. PDF TEST UNISON.PDF contains the same elements except that the radio buttons properties are set to "unison" as you suggest. Selecting any one of them causes all 6 to display the check mark. I require the second set of radio buttons to duplicat the selection made in the first set. Thoughts?

You need to give each radio button unique 'choice' under properties-> options,
for example give 'choice1' to first radio button 'choice2' to second and 'choice3' to third, now select 'unison'.
