Radio Buttons Not Working After Update In Fillable Form

Hi, I have created a fillable form in Indesign with radio buttons and it was working in an interactive PDF for months but after the update the radio buttons don't show anymore. When I preview the PDF everything works as intended but when I actually send to myself, all radio buttons are gone. 

Has anyone come across this yet or is there a way to revert back to a previous version?

Hi @Babco33062281gutu ,

When you send the file to yourself, are you opening the PDF with a web browser or with Adobe Reader or Acrobat?
