Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.2039x Planned update, Jan 23, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check.

For testing purposes, try disabling Protected Mode [Acrobat | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)]. Click OK, restart the app, and if possible the machine. Please enable the security settings after the test.
Is this issue occurring with a specific artwork PDF or all PDFs? If it is specific to one, try with another PDF once.
