Adobe Reader crashing on Windows Server 2016 remote desktop host

Hi, was this ever resolved, started experiencing this this week, but adobe support have said its windows and nothing to do with them.

If the issue still happens, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID.

We will get it checked.
