Issue Report: Adobe – Recent Files Not Showing in Windows Explorer
Reported Issue: Recent files saved on network drives are not appearing in Windows Explorer.
Affected Application: Adobe (exact product unspecified – e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
Environment: Files are saved on network drives.
Observation: Issue started after a recent Adobe update.
Impact: Users are unable to quickly access or verify recently saved files from Adobe applications via File Explorer.

The latest Acrobat update addressed a similar issue. To ensure that you are using the latest version, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates in Acrobat.
Could you please confirm the current version in use? You may check the version number using the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4gybUNF.
Please also confirm if the issue occurs only with the files saved on the network drive. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording showing the same.
