Remove PDF/A with Action Wizard

Hi,

I can't find "Remove PDF/A information" when I select "Run Preflight".

Could you please help me?

My version of Acrobat is "Acrobat DC Pro 2017.009.20044"

In the Preflight Tool you must display all profiles then this is also available in the Action Wizard.

You have the same version? I have the same problem on all PC in the office!!!

I fix the problem. After program update the default profile was Essential. I change it into acrobat pro dc 2015 and now i can see remove pdf/a information.

The profile libraries are a new feature of Acrobat DC.
