Remove toolbar at mouse whenever I select an element

I'm using the Edit Pdf when I click an element in the pdf this annoying toolbar pops up at my mouse and is always in the way how do I remove it?

Please go to Acrobat preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > General > Uncheck 'Show quick actions on text selection' > Click Ok and reboot the application.
