removing acrobat from another device

I installed acrobat pro on my friend's device and now I need to remover from my account... any ideas

If the computer on which you installed the product is no longer available (for example, you have lost the computer, formatted the hard drive, or the hard drive has crashed), you can deactivate your apps from your Adobe account page.

Note:

This option is not available for Lightroom 6 or Acrobat if you purchased the app as a stand-alone (non-subscription) product. It is, however, available for single-app memberships.

 

1. Sign in at https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices.

2. Under the Activated devices section, select Deactivate to deactivate the device.
