Reordering documents when combining files

When combining files I used to be able to highlight a file and drag and drop the document to rearrange the order. Now i have to use the "Move Up" or "Move Down" buttons. Is there a setting I can use to enable the drag and drop method instead?

Drag and drop still works for me. Which version of Acrobat are you running, and on what operating system? I am running the latest build (22.3.20258.0) on macOS.

Drag  & Drop is working for me on a Windows 10 machine - the latest Acrobat version.
