Morning guys and gals. Hope you all are doing fine today.
I have been seeing some errors in my Acrobat X lately. I need to get rid of these because my research shows it can be a hundred things and difficult to track down. It escapes me at the moment what the two errors are or I would post them here. They happen during an action. One I made and one default. Anyways, I have decided to do a repair install. Thing is I wanted to confirm that I just start up my installation and let it just run through. I cannot locate anything specific to just doing a repair install only.
My thinking is I can do a Windows search on my pc and just click on the installation and let it run. I don’t want to have to input my serial number and I am thinking that will not be necessary for just a repair installation over the top of my existing installation. Am I correct?

Hey Chuck!
I hope you are doing well.
You can repair the installation file of Acrobat from its help menu>select repair installation. Reboot the machine once the repair is finished.
Also, you can check for any pending updates of Acrobat from the help menu>select check for updates. Reboot the machine again after installing the updates.
Note: Acrobat Pro 10 is old and out of support product as the security updates, patches, & new features are no longer available. For detailed information, you may refer to this article.
Let us know if you experience any issues,
Thanks,
Anand Sri.

Thanks for the reply. I am doing a reinstall at the moment because the repair didn't help. If this reinstall dos'nt fix it then it may be that I will just have to live with it.
I understand X is out of date. However when you don't have the funds to put toward an ungrade then you are stuck.
Really though, thank you for your help.
