Replace text comments have shifted down

When I use the Replace text comment or Insert text comment and send the file for comments, what shows up to the viewer has shifted down a couple lines. It's very inconvenient because the comments are not in the right place. The Sticky notes work just fine. How do I fix this?

Actually, we could not reproduce the issue with Acrobat Pro DC desktop app. Could you please provide the following info to understand the issue:

1. Acrobat Desktop version?
2. Are you using Acrobat desktop or a Web browser for sending a file for comment ?
3. Which type of shared commenting you are using?( Adobe Document Cloud based OR Network/WebDav/SharePoint based legacy shared commenting) if you are creating shared file from Acrobat desktop app
4. System (Win/Mac)?
