I want to request digital signatures from a group of people within my organisation. We all have Adobe DC pro. We all have Digital IDs set-up. Current practice is to attatch the file to an e-mail, sent to the first person to sign the document digitally. First person adds their digital signature using the "Digitally Sign" tool under certificates. The file is then saved and e-mailed to the next person.
The end result is a .pdf file with all digital signatures included. This is the result I want.
I have tried improving our process by using the "Request e-signatures" tool. No problem adding recipients and sending the file for signing. The recipients recieve e-mail notification and open the file, but there is no option to "Digitally Sign" the document using Digital ID. The options are to attach an image, type name etc. Once all parties have signed the result is a file with signatures and an additional page with history and informaton on identites of the signatures. This is not what I want.
Is it possible to use the request signatures tool, and have the recipients use a Digital ID to sign, and recieve back a file without the addtional history page?
Is there a better way to achieve what I'm trying to do?
