Is anyone having problems with the signature request?
way:
Windows - web - signature request - I indicate the recipient's email - I click continue - "ERROR"

(I cleaned cookies / an incognito window / another browser - these solutions do not help - the situation does not change)

This should not be happening. Please let us know if this happens with a particular file or file from a specific source. 

Try creating a test PDF and see if you can upload that file to Acrobat Sign.

Please share the screen recording of the steps you do and the issue that occurs when uploading the file. It will help us understand the issue better. If you receive any error message, share the screenshot.
