Hello everyone, may I please request your assistance on this. When I requested the e-signatures of the signatories using adobe acrobat, they cannot use/affix their digital certificates in the document, is there a way to affix their digital certificates in the document when someone requested them to sign the document using adobe acrobat "request e-signature". Thank you very much for your help in advance!

Hi @Sirius300846497dui

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to request signatures from the user/s?

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html, and check the steps under Advanced Mode, and add the appropriate signature field in the document before sending it across for signature.

Let us know how it goes.

I already tried this, however, the signatories cannot affix their digital signatures. In instruction in using the web form in adobe acrobat, there is a field for digital signature, however, when I tried it, there's no option for digital signature.

This is what I am looking for

Hi there

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of your steps for a better understanding?
