Request signatures - Unable to process files. Please try again.

Hi,

When trying to send files for signiture https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/sendforsignature/?group=group-sign

I click the files in templates and then it says conjoining and i keep getting errors "Unable to process files. Please try again." randomly some times works some times doesnt.

Any suggestions?

Please let us know if the issue still occurs. If yes, could you please let us know if the error message appears when using a particualr template to send for signature.

If the issue is already resolved, let us know.
