Hi @Michael334732975xj8

Can you please try running office application in rosetta mode? This is a known error occurs due to incompatibility between the chipset configuration for Acrobat 2020 and ARM-based devices, such as macOS M1, M2, M3

To resolve the issue, run application using Rosetta mode on your macOS device.

For more details, please refer:

You should link that discussion so that people can see what gets recommended there and in what context.

You should also tell us what version of Acrobat you have and the OS and version. (the OS is probably macOS).

Seriously?

Rather than fix their error, Adobe wants Mac users to run their apps in emulation pretending they're really on an Intel machine?

Does anyone know why this error for a missing file below due to an incompatible PDF add-in for Mac has not been fixed by Acrobat in the last 6+ years:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ MACPDFM/MacPDFM.framework/Versions/A/MacPDFM

We are tired of workarounds and the solutions posted on the websites work only for a short period of time. Acrobat should not even allow these kinds of erroneous add-ins in the first place.
