Save as window opens up blank

New Here ,

We have several users that use Acrobat DC and when they open PDF documents and try to do a "file - save as" the window will occasionally open up as a blank window with only the window title bar saying "Save As". The only option that they then have is to close adobe and re open the document and try it again. Even that more often than not still doesn't work and then the only way they can get things to work right is to restart the computer and start over.

...and me, once I'd found the entry "Show online storage when saving files". On a mac it's hidden in the General BasicTools list. Thanks a lot!
