Hello! When using the "Save as Adobe PDF" option in Microsoft Word, the output PDF document has missing lines or paragraph and/or images.
Anyone with this problem and knows how to fix it?
Thanks

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Saving word document to PDF leaves blank spaces and missing images.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat pro DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation form the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer.
You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
Is this a behavior with a particular Word file or with all the files. Please try with a different Word file and check. Also try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the Word tool bar at the top. You may also try to create the PDF from the Acrobat file menu > Create > PDF from file and check if that works.
Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that works.
Regards
Amal
