Scam email from Adobe?

New Here ,
Apr 06, 2021 Apr 06, 2021

I posted a problem about files being locked and not being able to edit.

Shortly, thereafter I received an email from Adobe (Adobe Systems Incorporated Adob24x7Care@outlook.com) telling me they've had lots of problems with Acrobat DC and wrote

"So, we help you to Cancel the subscription of Acrobat DC Pro and we provide you the Acrobat Pro 2020 Perpetual License which is the onetime payment and license valid for lifetime."

This seems like a scam to me.  Still, Adobe says that I can contact them by email and phone and I don't see how to do that.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Adobe employees have emails that end in @Deleted User

Other are scammers.

This is certainly not an email from Adobe, and it's for sure a scam. Adobe will only use email addresses that are under the adobe.com domain. If you let us know the name of the person who sent you that message we'll get them banned.

There's no email address for Adobe support, but there are telephone numbers. You can find them here:

You should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:

Remember that anyone can type any lie into an email. I can send an email and sign it from Microsoft or sign it from Bill Gates. This is well known, but it is less well known that anyone can also type any sending email address. I agree it's a scam. You would not get valid software but pirate software. And now they would have your credit card number to play with.
