Send for Comment - Change Appended File Name Word

When creating a "Send for Comment" file, the new file has "_review" added to the  file name.

Is it possible to change the word appended to the file name?

Instead of having "_review" added, can it be changed to "_published"

Hi graemes65196428,

It is not possible to change the word appended to the file name while sharing it for review. But once the intitaion completes and review file gets saved on your system, you can change its name.

You can follow the steps to do this-

- Initiate review on a PDF, after the review initiation succeeds local copy is saved on the system as "<filename>_review.pdf

- Quit Acrobat process and rename the above review file to "<filename>_published.pdf"

- Open "<filename>_published.pdf" and you can perform 'Check for New Comments/Publish Comments'
