Sending for shared comments

Everytime i go to send a document in shared commenting usuing my network folder it hangs up on the final loading bar at the end.i can let it sit for ever and nothing changes, hitting retry also does nothing

I checked to make sure everyone has the same access and versions and they all do, when other coworkers send documents this way it works for them. I have checked all the settings and its completly the same on everyones. I have also uninstalled and redownloaded and adobe support only suggested i log out and back in and that didnt work. I am at a lost for what to do next but i need this fixed asap, any suggestions? Thank you:)

Just experienced the same hang.  Will be contacting Adobe help on this since my IT dept can't find an internal issue that causes this hang.

Found solution.  Go into edit preferences and uncheck Sandbox protections and Enhanced Security.
