Hi,
I have a client who has had the same workflow for years (decades?). The export a drwaing from AutoCAD to PDF, add an image (their seal), resize it and move it to the right position, and add a digital signature to it. Since the Sept. 2025 update, the resizing has ground to a halt. It will take 1-2 seconds to get the resize arrows. After dragging the corner, it takes 2-4 seconds for the screen to change. I've gone through all the normal troubleshooting (reboots, all updates installed, divers updated, power/graphics settings checked, etc.) and no change. The only interesting things I've noticed.
It seems to be an issue when the document is fairly complex to begin with. But again, this has worked perfectly fine for years and years.
Any thoughts?
Any way to get in touch with support? The AI bot was worthless and everything else seems to be a circular push back to relyin on the community.

As mentioned, the issue occurs with AutoCAD files. Please share the file with us so we can check.
