I am attempting to re-register my license of Acrobat XI Pro after having to wipe my computer and reload everything back onto it.

For some reason unbeknown to me, Acrobat wont connect to the internet even though I have a good connection and can "surf the web".

Why is this and how to I fix the issue?Capture.PNG
