Setting uniform margins for text boxes across multiple pages

Hi. I'm scanning a book and then making a pdf out of it in Acrobat DC and while the program allows me through ClearScan to move the text boxes of a page where ever I want with the cursor, I cant figure out how to set the text margins manually (the "format" section is just for the internal text and not the text box) and across all pages. Meaning that in the finished product all the text with be positioned in a uniform manner on the page across the document instead of being slightly off to the left, right, etc. Does Acrobat DC have this feature? If it doesnt does another Adobe program have this (or any other program)?

afaik - the feature you desire is not available in Acrobat.

You may want to consider imposition software (e.g., QuiteImposing).
