Shared file gone

I made a fillable form and sent it to all the brokers I work with. However, today when I went to check on how many responses I got my shared folder was empty. Where did it go and is there a way I can track who did what?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Have you sent the document for signature or have you sent it for review? What is the workflow/steps you did to share the form with your coworkers? A small video recording of the steps you did, would be very helpful?

Also, go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and click on Documents > Shared by you and see if you can locate the file in there.

Also for testing, please try to share a sample file with your self on a different email ID and see ho it goes.
