Please elaborate and describe in a little more detail what system are you using.
With the current information on hand is hard to tell if this problem is specifically related to or caused by Adobe Acrobat.
Did you mean to say everytime the user boot up the computer (as in signing in with a user profile, other than the Administrator) on a virtual network environment such as, Windows 10 on Citrix???, for example)
Or,
Did you mean to say everytime the user opens the Adobe Acrobat program on a stand-alone desktop computer that is not shared on a netwrok or NOT sharing any network mapped drives or folders with other computers???
How are the users printing and organizing PDFs in their computers?? Looks to me that another software is trying to print, scan or organize a queue of PDF documents and now it is backed up with stucked print jobs.
If that is the case, and the user's computer is on Windows 10 or 11, you can try and stop the Printer Spooler service, then go to :
Then restart the print spooler service aagin and see if that helps. Otherwise, please describe in detail what are the sepcs of that computer, operating system and other software that is interacting with a printer and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
