I have 6 PDF pages (created in PhotoShop) which I'd like to combine into a single file. When a user views the file, I want the first page to appearby itself. Then I want page 2&3 to appear side by side, then 4&5 to appear side by side, then page 6 to stand alone. How do I do this? I took a shortcut and made page 2&3 into one file, then 4&5 into one file, but this method does not work, because it makes the side-by-side pages look smaller than the single pages when viewing in Acrobat.
Please help me by letting me know how to make this one single 6-age PDF file so that pages 2&3 appear side by side, and 4&5 appear side by side.
This is going to be a press kit for a new product.
Thanks in advance,
Connie

George,
How about Document Properties > Initial View tab > for "Page layout", select Two-Up (Cover Page)?
Be well...

I think the closest you can get is to set the intial view to Two-up, and then advise the user to select: View > Page Display > Show Cover Page During Two-Up
