Hello,
I have a digitally certified document with a qualified certificate from Brazil, named SERASA.
https://serasa.certificadodigital.com.br/
As of today, signature with this certificate is showing as an Invalid, with error "Invalid Policy Constraint".
If I delete the folder %appdata%/Adobe/Acrobat, it changes to VALIDITY UNKNOWN.
The error appears again when I update AATL in "Edit -> Preferences -> Trust Manager"
I attached signed file to analysis.
What should we do for it to appear valid - green?
Thanks in advance.

Please have a look at this recent answer here which explains the issue in detail.
In essence you have to ask the issuer of your certificate to issue a new certificate with a policy ID from the ranges 2.16.76.1.2.3.1 through 2.16.76.1.2.3.138 and 2.16.76.1.2.4.1 through 2.16.76.1.2.4.58 because only such Autoridade Certificadora Raiz Brasileira v5 end user certificates are trusted by the current AATL. Your current certificate has a policy ID of 2.16.76.1.2.1.13 and, therefore, is not trusted.
