Hi. I sent a document out for signatures. It came back with the signatures really small. These are the version of their actual handwritten signatures. The people on the other end are getting the signature request though Adobe Sign. I am using Adobe Sign / Fill and Sign feature within Acrobat to request their signatures.
I set a signature field on a blank line in the PDF that is about 3 inches long. But when I get the signed PDF back, their signatures are only about 0.5 inches long. How can I correct this? I need their signatures to look good on these award certificates.
Thank you,
Jeremy

Hi,
Were these signatures applied from a mobile device rather than a desktop PC?

I also experience the same thing if I use the mobile app. Customer opens it on her smartphone and no matter how tall I make the blank, it comes back tiny after she signs.

If you're using Fill&Sign, please review the steps used here: https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/using/fill-and-sign.html
I think the issue may be related to what type of Sign tools are the users applying their signature with.
Also, when you use the sign tool to create a signature fiels in your form, see if the following guidance applies to your case: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/how-do-you-resize-a-signature-line-in-echo-sign/td-p/78437...

I'm having the same problem with Request E-Signatures. Sometimes it comes back normal size, and sometimes tiny compared to the line it's on or the signature box that was created.
