Hi sirs,
I'd like to sign a document who has just been signed, but with an error: Invalid policy constraint.
I'm not interested in this error, my goal si to sign and then send it back. I could accept that signature.
Is there any way to solve this problem? I also notice there no free forms to put my signature.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that. There isn't much that we can do in this case. Please try to sign using a different signature certificate and see if that works for you.

Amal

Hi, those 2 discussions didn't brought to any solution.
Maybe it's not an Acrobat problem, but a policy one. For example the field "Certificate Policies" is empty.
But the certificate is issued by "Siemens Trust Center" so it should be recognized.
So i'm not able to understand what is the invalid constraint

Hi there
It seems to be an issue with the certificate issuer. Please check if its registered under AATL https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/approved-trust-list1.html and EUTL https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/european-union-trust-lists.html

No, it isn't. Siemens doesn't appear under both AATL and EUTL
