Snapshot is not working with version of Adobe

I discovered with new latest Adobe updates........we can't do a snapshot anymore. Used to be able to select and them right click and Take a Snapshot.

Thanks for highlighting this. 

Would you mind confirming the current version of Acrobat you are working with? Also, is this an Acrobat New UI?

Snapshot has been a part of the Edit tool, so there might be a case that the file you are working with is restricted and doesn't allow it to be edited or modified. You can check the document properties.

Ctrl+D>Security> Check the document restriction summary.

 

Additionally:

Acrobat and Reader official update  23.003.20215 is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. You may manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates> rebooting Acrobat.
