Some PDF Files are not printed. It are resting in the print manager and are hanging there. With other pdf Files and docx, ppt etc. I have no problems. Nothing is helping even converting in docx did not solve the problem. In the Printmanager the option "Print as image" I can`t choose because the button is inactive (greyed). Printing with other software and other computer it is the same. Tomorrow I will try to use an other printer. My printer is HP Officejet 4500 and my system is Win 11.
Problems like this are usually caused by the printer driver. Make sure that you have the updated driver for your printer. Printing to a different printer should also fix this. If your printer does support different printer "languages" (e.g. PostScript, PCL, PCL6, ...), try a different emulation and see if that fixes the problem.
I am glad you found a way to print the document. It is very likely not the printer, but the printer driver. When you contact the printer manufacturer, they will very likely try to blame the application, but based on my experience working for several printer manufacturers, they are wrong š

It is the printer. The Rank Xerox does it with no problems.
