Specified Shared review server/file location is different spec in the email message.

When a user generates a document for Shared Review and specifies the server location where the document is stored (https://servername.domainname/reviews/amem/) at the point the Send for Commenting email is generated the message text contains an erroneous link for the file (https://servername.domainname/reviews/TIRP/filename) but the file is stored in the correct location (https://servername.domainname/reviews/amem/filename). Where is the incorrect link being picked up how can I fix?  Thanks.

Please let us know the following information-

-Adobe Acrobat version

-Type of server location used

     i. Network folder

     ii. SharePoint subsite(OCTA/non-OCTA based)

     iii. Web server folder.
