Split a PDF file in one file per page

Hello,

I would like to know when you divide a pdf document, each page in a different file, if is possible to get some kind of information from the current page as name of the individual file.

In the case of a document where each page corresponds to an employee's payroll, 
I would like to have that employee's first and last name as the title of the new individual pdf, 
or other information content that is in the document. 

Is this possible or does splitting into individual files do generic naming like 
file1.pdf, file2.pdf, ... filen.pdf, etc?

If the information can be identified consistently, then yes, but it would require the development of a custom-made script.
