Split by Top level bookmarks > Use bookmark names for file names greyed out

Hi

I've been using for a while the option to Use bookmark names for file names when splitting pdf files.

But for the last couple of weeks, the option has been greyed out.

I'd very much like to figure out what changed so I can resume using this feature again as it saves me hours of tedious work each month/quarter.

My Acrobat is updated to the last version available (23.006.20380)

Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044)

Any tips are appreciated.

Thank you

Ok. Not sure if this is a coincidence, but I found a workaround.

I chose 'Disable new Acrobat' and the option to 'Use bookmark names for file names' now works again.

If I switch back to the 'New Acrobat' experience, it's gone again (greyed out)

Could it have soemthing to do with the new UI?

I had the same problem in New Actobat and even after I disabled it. However, I did find this post about changing Preferences settings for Security (Enhanced) and it worked. Now I'm trying to share the solution in the other posts that stated the same problem. 😄
