We receive invoices from a customer that they scan as a pdf using a photocopier. They often are not prefectly straight.
Each invoice is usually between 1 and 3 pages but can be up to 20.
In the top right corner of the first page is "Page # of #".
Also in the top right is the Customer's PO Number and Invoice Number
The last page of invoice always ends with the Customer's Mission Statement as a single line.
The 1 pdf file we receive usually contains between 100 and 200 invoices (up to 10mb)
At the moment we have to manually split each invoice and save the new pdf as the Invoice number and PO number onto a shared drive, then be emailed to our own system.
Does anyody know of any program, app, macro, way that will make this proccess a little easier in any way?
E.g. automatically split into individual invoices and name new pdf files?
I currently have Adobe Acrobat Prof X.
Thanks for any help.

This might be possible to do, but will require that you first run OCR on the file and that results are good, and then a custom-made script can be used to split it.
I've developed many similar tools in the past for my clients so if you're interested in hiring someone to create it for you can contact me privately via [try6767 at gmail.com]. I'll need to see a sample file (pre or post OCR) to know for sure if it will work, though.
