Hello, I started a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium through the Google Play Store.
The trial ended on September 3, 2025, and my card did not have enough funds, so the payment failed.
On September 5, 2025, I canceled the subscription in Google Play.

Now, in my Google Play subscriptions, it shows:
- Status: Expired
- Active subscriptions: None

My question is: Since the subscription is expired and I canceled it, can I be charged if

I'm sorry, Lochana, but I don't show an Acrobat subscription under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. The subscription is managed by an organization, so please contact someone within your organization if you need access to Acrobat.

 

If you did start a subscription through the Google Play Store, then you will want to manage the subscription in the Play Store. ^JW
