Stylize this pdf and convert to Adobe Express are missing

I can't find Stylize this pdf and convert to Adobe Express in Adobe acrobat, but Ai assistante is there, how to solve this?
I have Adobe Acrobat Pro part of Creative Cloud membership.

This happens to me too. I don't see Ai Assistant, Generative Summary nor Stylize this PDF. User: hanspetter@folkeakademiet.no.

 Acrobat is also greyed out online? Cannot click on anything...

Ai Assistant, Generative Summary, wasn't work too, then i found out the antivirus firewall blocking the services, i did enable everything, they work,, but still (stylize this pdf) not showing.

I checked earlier this week, and it works now – but not for Norwegian language. Do you know when this will work for "Stylize this pdf"?

The limitations occurs when the pdf is opening in Adobe express
