de "supprimer le panneau latéral de Adobe Acrobat Reader DC"

You do not state what OS you are on, but I will assume that it's the same whether you are on a Mac or PC (I'm on a Mac).

You need to click on the little arrowhead I've circled here, which will reduce it down to icons.

 If you do not want to see the icons either, click on the other icon in the bottom right corner, which will hide everything. (Sadly, you cannot see the 2nd icon until you've brought the side panel down to icons, so it's a two-step process.)
