Switch from trial to retail in Acrobat 2020

Good morning,

How do I switch from trial to retail in Acrobat 2020?

I cannot find a way to enter the license.

In 2017, signing out and then back in gave the option to enter the key.

But in 2020, this does not happen.

Hi Christophe,

As you have purchased Acrobat 2020 license, please uninstall the Acrobat Trial.

Then install the Acrobat 2020 installer from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.

Hi Meenakshi,

I tried that many times.

When I install the version and enter the license, when I launch Acrobat 2020, it crahses on boot.

Acrobat appears for one second and disapears.

Installing the trial version works
