I created a form (the form from hell) for a cemetery. It has 106 tabs.
PROBLEM: When provided to the client, when they call the form up in Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the form, the tabs do not tab properly. However, when I pull up the master form and show the tab numbers, everything is in order. If I try to fill out the document in the preview mode it works perfectly, if I fill it out using Google, it works although the tabs are off in MS Edge. But they use Acrobat Reader.
I know that Acrobat DC had an update when I was making the form. Could this be the problem or could it be that they have an old version of Acrobat Reader? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is they're not really using Reader, but something else, like a browser plugin, which as you saw usually doesn't work correctly. Instruct them to download the file and then open it directly in Reader, not anywhere else. Then it should work correctly. If it still doesn't ask them for a full-window screenshot of the application they're using.

Yes, I didn't know it until your post and when I checked they were using a plugin for Chrome. Thank you
