when i send a pdf made by me and it is opened by another computer, sometimes the words that i typed are changed to nonsense letters. it doesnt happen on ALL my pdfs but enough that the boss is getting angry for me having to retype them. i tried going through Adobe help but that guy didnt understand anything i was saying, it was a wasted 90 minutes of my time.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

It sounds like you may be creating PDFs without embedded fonts or unembedding the fonts in an effort to make a smaller PDF.
How are you making your PDFs? You do not want to unembed the fonts. If you open the PDF in Acrobat or Reader and go to File> Properties> Fonts, they should all say embedded or embedded subset.
